MRI COMPATIBILITY: Caution is required if and when employing electrode leads and electrodes in an MRI environment. BIOPAC offers a series of magnetic resonance imaging compatible electrodes, electrode leads, transducers, and stimulus options for safe data acquisition of physiological signals in the MRI environment. PRICING, SHIPPING, TAXES: All web prices are ex-factory Goleta, California, USA and do not include shipping or handling charges. These will be prepaid and added to the invoice. We normally ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), but can use nearly any shipping method you request. Sales tax will be added to orders from California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, New York, and Washington unless a copy of the tax exemption number is submitted to BIOPAC Systems, Inc. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Provide billing and shipping address, name and department of end user, description of items to order, telephone number, and purchase order if applicable. (Note: Many universities, school systems, and government offices require us to keep a hard copy of your purchase order on file, so we will ask you to mail or fax a copy of your order.)

TERMS: ElectrodeSales.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. To arrange other payment options, recognized educational or research institutions, hospitals, and businesses may call BIOPAC Systems, Inc. for a credit application.

LIMITED WARRANTY: BIOPAC Systems, Inc. guarantees its equipment against all defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated. During this period, BIOPAC will repair or replace, at its option, any equipment found to be defective in materials or workmanship. If a problem arises, please contact us for authorization before returning an item. This warranty does not extend to damage to equipment resulting from alteration, misuse, negligence, abuse, or accident. The warranty period for repairs and for used equipment purchased from BIOPAC is 90 days.

SERVICE: BIOPAC ships high-quality, durable equipment, but it's possible that a system may need servicing. Before returning it, please call BIOPAC for return authorization (RMA#) and shipping instructions. Please pack your equipment well for shipping and insure it for full value. Send a note explaining the reason for return so we can investigate and make repairs as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED GOODS: If a shipment arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. Contact the delivery service, and they will file an insurance claim. When damage is not obvious, call the carrier and request an inspection within 15 days of delivery. Save the container and merchandise for inspection. Please call BIOPAC for authorization for return and repair or replacement of the merchandise.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: For hygienic reasons, electrodes, electrode gel, and all disposable and reusable items cannot be returned. Please call for authorization if you plan to return other merchandise for credit. Equipment may be returned for full credit, with shipping prepaid, up to 30 days after receipt of the item. There is a 10% restocking fee for any item returned over 30 days from receipt. Merchandise must be returned in salable condition, and credit is subject to inspection of equipment. When returning a shipment, please pack it well, insure it for full value, and enclose a letter explaining the reason for return.
